The short version: follow the method through one complete cycle. If nothing changes for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You keep the guide. No forms, no interrogation.
1. Scope of this guarantee
This 30-day satisfaction guarantee is a voluntary commercial guarantee offered by Anthony Sandu (SIREN 981 045 875). It is granted in addition to, and independently of, your statutory rights as a consumer, which it does not limit or replace in any way.
Please note that because the product is digital content delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once the download link has been supplied. See section 5 of our Terms of Sale. This voluntary guarantee is more favourable to you than the statutory position.
2. Who is eligible
Any customer who purchased the product directly through this Website, within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase. The guarantee applies once per customer.
3. How to request a refund
- Send an email to support@menstrua.shop within 30 days of your purchase.
- Use the subject line "Refund request".
- Include the email address used at checkout and, if you have it to hand, your order reference.
You are not required to justify your request, return anything, or complete any form. We may ask a single optional question about what did not work for you. Answering it is entirely voluntary and has no bearing on whether your refund is granted.
4. Processing time
Refund requests are acknowledged within 24 hours and processed within 5 business days of acknowledgement. The refund is issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, the funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after processing.
Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction. We are not responsible for any variation in the amount received arising from exchange rates or fees applied by your own bank or card issuer.
5. Keeping the guide
You are not asked to delete or return the files. However, the licence granted to you under section 7 of the Terms of Sale terminates upon refund: you may no longer share, distribute, resell or publish the product in any form.
6. Limits
The guarantee may be refused in cases of demonstrable abuse, in particular repeated purchase-and-refund cycles by the same person, or where the product has been redistributed, resold or published in breach of the licence. Such cases are rare and are assessed individually.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first. Opening a chargeback with your bank without prior contact is slower for you and costly for a small business. We have never refused a good-faith request within the 30-day window.
